I've come to tell you about a Hangi haha it's a traditional Maori way of cooking. you build a big fire and heat up some massive stones on it. Then you dig a large hole, place the rocks inside, along with you food (normally every kind of meat you can think of, potatoes, kumara, maybe some carrots, pretty much it's a roast. Anyway, the food is normally keep in metal cages, though they would have put them in flax baskets back in they day, and wrap it in wet clothes. Then you cover it all in dirt at let it smoke till cooked. Shouldn't take more than 8 hours! haha, fast food baby! It's more of a special occasion type food as it takes all day ^_^

Ahhhh a Hangi sounds soo fun! I wanna do it! It sounds medevial and game of thrones-like. Hahaah super speedy food. My friend Alex who im living with next year is from New Zealand so imma gonna force him to make me one :D
Mehhhhhhh im feeling weird at the moment. Ive moved past the crying stage to a weird, slightly hysterical stage where i find my sad life and ruined relationship really really funny but really im just dying inside hahaha. Tis a great place to be in! Im also feeling like i understand a lot of 90's girl band lyrics.
