Snapshots of me getting ready to leave the house yesterday taken by my friend as he tried to jostle me out (with little success). I am a snail when it comes to getting ready and tend to get distracted by things rather easily. On this particular morning whilst my friend was waiting i chased my cats around and sung him the Pinky and The Brain theme song at which point he tried to wrangle me out of the door. But I evaded capture for at least another five minutes! Yay!
We took a visit to a National Trust park (much frequented by me and pals during the summer months!) and wandered through the park cooing at the deer and then stopped off at a tea room for tea (obviously) and cake. The highlight of my day was when he asked me what we should do that night and i replied '
The same thing we do every night Pinky!- Try and take over the world!' Huhuhuhuhuhh he did not find as funny as me ruhhh-rohhh >_<

DeleteWhen I was in Intermediate School (like 11 years old) I was called pinky and my friend Nicole was brain. Thinking about it now I was actually really short. But she was like a midget so it worked ok. Being Pinky rules!

Deleteohh mannn i remember our whole class spent MONTHS weaving this massive willow man and me and best friend gina (she's the gorgeous gal in my last post!) were entrusted to carry it across the playround and half way across we were in hysterics about something and the willows mans head fell off and rolled away! Shortly followed by its arms O__O i couldnt breathe from laughing though! We had to piece it back together with sellotape and hoped nobody noticed O_O bad times man! xxx

Ahhhh im glad you enjoyed that tale! The french police were bloody scary, we were pretty drunk too so all our french kind of went out of our heads...all we managed to say was 'je suis anglais!' 'je ne comprend!!!' haha i am skilled at getting arrested abroad! I almost got into trouble in Hungary too >_< xxxx

Im the same way. Every day I think to myself, 'today Im going to leave early so I can be on time to...oh look a kitty..so cute! Let me pet you! Why are you running away!!!' Story of my life. I find myself singing the same song to my dog over and over...'Stella! Stella Baby Steeeeeellllllaaaaa bayabeeeeee Stella baby' to the tune of 'Sherry' by the Four Seasons...my roommates must go crazy, especially when Im trying to do the high pitched part :)

Hehe I love Pinky and The Brain and would have found it hilarious when you started singing it, and especially when you said it at the tea room. Someone who doesn't laugh at Pink And The Brain needs a lot more fun. Still it only takes me five minutes at the most to get ready. I don't exactly have much choice when it comes to clothes to put on.
